Your income is in excess of £100k per annum, or you hold qualifying net assets of £250k or more.

You have invested in more than one unlisted company in the last two years, or have been a director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1m in the last two years, or have worked in a professional capacity in private equity in the last two years, or have been a network or syndicate of business angels for at least or in the provision of finance for small and medium enterprises
INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR
We also work with Institutional Investors on long-term projects that produce sustainable yields. We categorise institutional investors as being non-banking organisations, or people who control a collection of share amounts to qualify for less regulation.
